These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ASSAI AI Builder (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service description
ASSAI AI Builder is a Shopify app that lets merchants generate AI-built product pages, custom pages, bundles, and reviews, and publish them to their store. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose.
2. Plans, billing & trial
- The App offers a free trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to keep using the App and to keep published pages live.
- Paid plans are billed annually through Shopify’s billing system. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- When you upgrade between plans, Shopify automatically prorates the charge so you pay only the difference.
- You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the App; cancellation stops future charges. Charges already billed for the current period are governed by Shopify’s billing terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it to generate misleading, infringing, or prohibited content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to your store.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of your store data and of the content you publish. You are responsible for ensuring that published content (including product claims and reviews) is accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
5. Availability & changes
We strive to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features over time.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
